Where can I find the typical range of friction factors for gravel (unpaved) roads?

Thanks!

Try the AASHTO homepage. It is probably specified in one of AASHTO's publications. If you live in the U.S. your state highway department design manual will probably contain typical values. My recollection is that it will be close to concrete which typically has an f value of 0.45.
