Graphics Software

Sirs:
I am looking for a software package that allows the following:
-I have a library of about ten typical steel towers models.
-Another library with 20 typical antennas.
The software shall be able to a)show a solid model of the towers,allowing rotations of the models and b)to pick
any antenna (also solid representation )and drag it to any point in the tower and ...nothing more!
Of course many packages allow this,but I need a very,very
light one.This is part of an user interface of a larger
application that performs the structural calculation of
the towers,and other functionalties.

Some cad software providers also have viewers available with some "markup" capability. You will also need to find something compatible with your original model format. A Google search using CAD Model Viewers brought up some 21000 hits and would be a good place to start.
