Hi everybody.
I have some questions about this topic.
1. I would like to ask if anybody knows how critical might be if you loose the synchronization signal for process PLC and/or DCS.
2. I also wander if this signal is used only for registrating the SOE or if it has a main roll in critial process data aquisition and control valve actuations.
3. Is there any typical architecture for the distribution of the synchronization signal?
4. Can you suggest any blbliography on this subject?
Thanks in advance.
