Got an 60 m propane-propylene splitter for manufacturing and installation. Need any clues about manufacturing - "in one" peace by welding or by modular - flanged peaces. Also need an "for and against" explanation (standard limitations) for any of mentioned. Thank you for help.

There are a lot of considerations:
[ul]
[li]Shipping: Can you get the unit into place in one-piece?[/li]
[li]Modular cost: What is the diameter/pressure/temperature/material? The cost of the flange could be insignificant, or crazy depending on your response.[/li]
[li]Heat treatment: Does this require PWHT? What are your available oven sizes?[/li]
[li]Many many more[/li]
