Hi...Does anyone know of a really good highway engineering book for the final year undergraduate level

ASHTOO has all the specs....

Some use it as manual - but about as boring as IBC 2009

I use Hickerson, and the 1963 California Highway Design Manual. but then I'm kinda dated.
