Water, see NFPA 13, commodity classification will be based on how it is packaged such as on wood pallets, in wood or plastic boxes, etc. Most of the gold storage I have reviewed has been on floor storage on wood, metal or plastic pallets. I assume it is gold bars and not some other type of gold.
