I can’t seem to find the selections for PSL or LVLs in RISA wood pull down menu (materials.) Is the selection supposed to be under “Grade” & then “dense structural D86/D72/D65” ?

LVL's and PSL's aren't glu-lams. Instead, they are "engineered wood products".
The newer versions of the program come wired in with some of these common materials as defaults. But, older versions do not. That being said, you can still add them in using the "custom wood species" spreadsheet.
