Glue between Natural rubber and Hypalon

Dear All,

We are boat builders who producing RIBs. We use excellent glue to stick Hypalon (tube) into laminate (hull) but still have problem to stick Hypalon (tube) and Natural rubber (fender beam).
Could anyone help me and prompt some kind of glue?
