I gave expert testimony for a case involving some equipment I was hireed to get working. I kind of fell into it, and had a good relationship with the attorney. I am interested in doing more forensics and expert testimony in the HVAC/Commercial buildings field. I think my credentials are adequate. My question is, what is the best way to begin marKeting to attorneys. What materials are needed, Resume' only?, tailored CV? Brochure? Are there any attorney professional groups that I should become familiar with? I did't see any FAQ's in this forum, I apologize if this has been covered already.

Everything you mentioned is addressed in a book entitled "The Comprehensive Forensic Services Manual (the essential resources for all experts)" The book was written by Steven Babitskey, JD; James J. I hope this helps.
