get conformal shell meshes from imported SW geomtry

Hello to all ANSYS experts in this forum.
Happy to join the group and hope to learn lots about ANSYS.


my goal is to have a conformal meshes on surface bodies.

1. Generated two solid bodies in WB and did 'SurFromFaces' to get surface bodies. Put those in 'Form New Part' and did 'Share Topology'
Then Mesh. -- No problem.

2. Imported a IGS geometry from SolidWorks -- Two solids.
did 'SurFromFaces' to get surface bodies. Put those in 'Form New Part' and did 'Share Topology' Then Mesh. -- Problem. Didnt get conformal meshes.

I also tried STEP form from SW and didnt work either.

Is there anything I am missing here?
