I am looking for information about conditional diagramming method for activity sequencing like:
Grapgical Evaluation and Review Technique (GERT) or
System Dynamics
I will appreciate any help you can give.

There are a number of software programs that will do the diagramming or charting for you based upon your inputs. There are also numerous books available on project management in general that could provide more information as well. The link below is at least one place to start.
