I have two foundation walls 18" wide, running between 2' and 5' deep. City of Los Angeles has done their checklist thing requiring Geological and Soils Report required. Incorporate all recommendations into palns. Geo and Soils Eng to sign plans (oh, ok) - the engineer already signed them. R1-1 zone, single family residential, hillside, outside Alquist Priolo e/q zone outside Hollywood fault zone, inside earthquake landslide area. I m replacing roof. Holes are dug - 6 ft to 8 ft. THREE HOLES. What should I expect to pay for Geo and Soils sign plans, do tests, produce doc?

Something like this is too small to expect anyone providing competitive estimates (I did not say bid). Just call a geotech firm and have them do it. They may not like your three its as adequate however.
