genrerate x-y coordinates from contour

Hi

I have used polyarea to compute the area of enclosed graphs (polygons)in my project.

I now have found a way to compute the contours of objects and plot the contour on the image.
I would also like to compute the (x,y) coordinates of that contour.

Does anyone know how to do this? Please help.
