Can someone help answering this:
Given
an ProE assembly, traverse the subordinate sub-assemblies and
components and print out the ProE type, name, and 3D position.

Sounds like you want someone to do your University project for you. The whole point of a university course is to do the work yourself, to prove that you are worthy of graduating and subsequently employing.
