That's quite an amount of information to work with. I guess you may need to pay someone to do it for you rather than asking for help this way. This is a forum, not an extended helpdesk.
 
Gear profile using NX

If your licence allows you to execute grip routines there is one available called gear_3d that can be used to generate 3D gears. You could try asking your local NX support office, they may be able to help you with a copy.
