motor 2960 rpm drive apump whic have two shafts the first is the low speed shaft 2960 rpm have axial gear with 191 teeth and the second is The high speed shaft 21772 rpm have axial agear with 26 teeth mesh with the first gear as we all know GMF =no of teeth*rpm so
191*2960 = 565360 cpm = 9422 hz
by using Prime Number Theory 191= 191*1
26=13*2*1 so
(LCF)Largest Common Factor = 1
the first problem that the f max =8000 hz i can not see the GMF
and the seconde problem is 1/2 GMF is present but i confused with 13X AND Eccentricity WHICH will also cause fractional harmonics of GMF
1/2 GMF =4721 HZ = 13X AND THE TIME WAVE FORM IS SO COMPLICATED PLZ HELP

Beginner,

Your spectrum and waveform are limited by the F-max being lower than tooth mesh, so the data is not so good. Eccentricity could show at 1xSS if significant. If you can't measure to 2 to 3x tooth mesh, then at least measure above 1xTM with enough resolution to see modulation sidebands at HS and LS shaft speeds. Good high frequency measurements are not easy to do. Good luck with that!
