GD&T Assistance (GTOL)

Hello -
I am trying to create a GTOL attached to a datum, and I'm wondering if there's any way to move the GTOL to under the Datum tag? Also, is there a way to stack GTOL's, so if I want Perpendicular to one datum, but parallel to another datum?
