Good morning,
I will provide as much information as I can to make my situation as clear as possible; I will begin by saying thank you in advance. Our problem began on 9/29/08 when we notice our poor in place gasket was not adhering to our powder coated product. We immediately went into a mode of what was the last thing we had done. We had found that one of the two materials used in our products had run out and a new batch was introduced. I thought there was something wrong with the material, since that time we have put another new batch on different lot number and have the same results. We then replace component number two of the two part mixture and haven’t had much luck although it has changed to a more intermittent issue. We have insured the machine is performing properly through rigorous testing and trials. We have considered our powder coat ovens and haven’t ruled it out yet and not sure how. If you have had an adhesion problem please share your experiences if you will so I can get through this. I going to cut the details off now to see what type of question I get in fear of the more information I provide the farther in the box I’m going to get suggestion. I have attempted to keep the problem to a K.I.S.S. situation but it may be going farther to the right than I capable of keeping up with. Once again, if you have encountered this problem before and your willing to help you will be helping one frustrated employee. We have made more attempts than I have listed here but as I said I have shortened it to get some inspiration from you folks.
