Has anyone come across the cost (bare capital & construction and installation) of gas plants in Medan, North Sumatra? I am looking at obtaining a ballpark cost estimate for a gas plant in the area and need a reference. The gas plant will be small, with no LPG separation, no CO2 removal, but with dehydration and sales gas compression.
Costs for gas plants in Australia could be used. However, the labours costs are cheaper in Sumatra and I do not know the multiplication factor I should use...
