I´d like to receive information for practical formula that I is recommended to be used to calculate headloss for natural gas used at cogeneration central fluing at 6" steel pipe schedule40 with flowrate 23,060 Nm³/h @ 89°C - temperature 89°C - pressure 25 barg - viscosity 0,0137 @ 89°C - specific gravity 0,5355
 
The formula(s) I recommend can be found in Crane's Technical Paper No. 410. It can be purchased for US$60 here:

It is one of the best references on fluid flow ever.
