~I assume you mean gas flow rate conversion. you need to know type of gas, pressure, temperature, Z factor etc. There are many tools on the web which can assist you, but you also need to know what the standard conditions are as these can vary between different units.
At a metering level this is quite complex, but for general conversion there are many guides on the internet.
