Hi all,
I do not know if this is the right forum, but here we go:
In legal metrology, it is needed to make sure that what passes the meter and is accounted for is the liquid, only.
Various gas separators/gas extractors are offered by manufacturers, but i do not find any references on how to dimension a gas separator for metering purposes.
OIML R117 defines everything for +10 deg C to 50 deg. C, but this is no good for Marine Oils in a pipeline on a North Sea harbour, during winter.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction?
