Gambit neutral file: format?? 1

I am trying to convert a gambit generic neutral mesh file to tecplot format. I do not know in what order the nodes are written in gambit neutral files. I need to identify the nodes as (i,j) to be able to produce a tecplot data file. Does anyone have any idea about this??
