GageMap Optimization Help

Hi everyone,

I am using a program by EDAS called GageMap that is used for optimally placing strain gages. I am new to this program and am looking for a tutorial on how to use its optimization function so that I don't have to hand calculate gage placement angles. The help files for this program are paltry and unhelpful. If anyone knows of any tutorials or helpful blogs on this program, I'd definitely appreciate the direction.
