Fundamental natural frequency of building

Is there an equation in ASCE or IBC to calculate the fundamental natural frequency of the building to determine if the structure is rigid or flexible? Appreciate any help.

Yes,look in the ASCE commentary. When ASCE mentions something it is always a good idea to look in the commentary.
