Shedding vortex response in the across wind direction becomes significant when frequency of building is too low.I need to know what frequency of structure is the lower limit to avoid studying vortex shedding response of structure.
Reference would be appreciated

For comparison, the NZ/Australian wind code has a limit of a frequency of less than 1Hz and you need to then start considering dynamic effects (which includes cross wind response). Anything under 0.2Hz (T=5.0 seconds) is outside of the standard, and you're into special study territory.
