FTP access via a proxy server

Hi everyone,

I wonder if somebody can help me on that one. I try to use a VBA macro (in Excel) that import files from an FTP sites. When I use my macro from the proxy server it is not a problem it is able to get the required files. But when I try it with the computer link to the proxy server Excel is not able to access the FTP sites.

I know that I have to configurate the proxy IP address and the FTP port on the computer to tell him how to reach the FTP site. Does somebody know how to configurate EXCEL and VBA on the computer (link to the proxy) so that they use the good proxy address and ftp port via the proxy server.

This must be in the Control Panel / Internet Options applet / Connections tab / LAN settings, I guess.
