Hello everyone,

I have simulated a structural revolute joint in Abaqus which contains a bush revolving over the pin. When pretension applied, the pin creates about 290 Mpa contact pressure(CPRESS). Now, I want to introduce an oil film beneath the bush and apply this pressure on the fluid and check how much stress the fluid introduces on to the bush as a result. So, i have applied a negative pressure from the inner surface of bush as -188N total force which I used to evaluate CPRESS before.

Is this the right approach? Or how can I apply the pressure on the fluid in the y-direction and co-simulate the reaction forces of fluid on to the bush? Any ideas??
