Can somebody suggest any literature on how to calculate frustum angle values for soils and rock? Is there any correlation between Angle of internal friction and frustum angle?

Google books or document related to power transmission. Sometimes the angle of internal friction can be used as frustum angle when you are designing a stub column foundation of power transmission.
