FRP versus HDPE for Underground Sewege Odor Control Exhaust

I am working on a odor control (exhaust) project for a waste water treatment plant. The underground duct needs to be 12" dia, and the air stream contains H2S. Shall I use FRP or HDPE for underground section? Any advantage to use HDPE instead of FRP?

HDPE has a higher strain rate. FRP has a low strain tolerance and care is required in backfilling to avoid this problem.

HDPE is a more consistent product required to comply with USA, ISO or other national codes, whereas FRP can be sourced from a variety of manufacturers to many standards. IF the procurement guys buy on price you could end up with a pack of pooh tickets.
