Hi,
I need to create contact between frp (shell element) and two solid surface (sandwich).
so i created an area between the solid surface (exactly at the mid loc between solid surfaces).....
number 1 and 2 represents contact at lower and upper of frp plates.
the script for both contacts are;
contact no 1;
contact no 2;
but i keep receiving warning message;
*** WARNING *** CP = 1013.047 TIME= 16:12:00
The geometric gap/penetration may be too large. Increase pinball
radius if it is a true geometric gap/penetration. Decrease pinball if
it is a false one.

the gap between 2 solid surfaces is 1.2mm (exactly the size of frp final thickness
how to solve this problem?
