From workbench to Ansys

Every time I transfered the generated model(geometry,mesh,boundary condition) from workbench to Ansys and tried to run in Ansys, the Ansys program suddently crashed and terminated. How could I solve this problem?
And who could instruct me the difference between workbench and Ansys?
