I've visited sites where people were offering or giving links to sites where Excel spreadsheets were available to assist people who are doing friction loss calculations.

Now that I need one I can' remember where to go.

Any assistance would be appreciated
 
I'm sure that if you just search "friction loss" in any search engine, you'll find what you're looking for.
