Where can i find friction coefficients between plastics ( particularly between acetal and abs) ?

LNP gives a good lineup up friction between various plastics. See their catalog "Lubricomp." Order it on the web. LNP is now part of the GE Plastics family.

I too used the LNP literature, which I find to be an excellent resource in general.
The design for a finger wheel rotary knob went into production (moving acetal vs stationary abs) with no functional problems, though light load. Main issues were ergonomic; that the sound of the rotary action somewhat diminished the "quality" of the part. "The ideal client is one possessed of great good sense and perfect judgement;
that is to say, one who agrees entirely with the designer at all times and in every respect."
