Bedrock is located about 15 m below the sea. Approximately 8 m of till materials overlie the bedrock followed by approximately 4 m of clay and 3 m of soft marine deposits to the sea bottom. The SPT range was reported to be 15 to 60 in the till materials. Being below the sea level what Friction angle should I be using for the till materials. Thank you.
