Fresh College graduate needs some Career Guidance

I have just graduated from the University of the West Indies with a BSc in Computer Science and Electronics.I would like to know what type of jobs could i get with my current qualifications in a Telecommunications company.

Names of job Titles would be greatly appreciated.
