Freelance work in geotechnical, site Investigation & design

Good day All friends, Currently I am thinking to start new work in the geotechnical engineering
I am I have a middle Experience 7 years but I think I will do very good work.
So I am asking for some advice how I start and Is geotechnical contractors and consultants interested in Hire freelance Engineer. Please give me best advice which I need it.

Unless you have significant experience doing the work while being employed by a geotechnical firm, I'd not recommend what you are describing. You are not likely to get any work that can be depended on for making a living. On the other hand, if you are a college professor teaching the subject, now and then some freelance work is beneficial to your experience record. In either case make sure you have sufficient insurance coverage. Once you have that extensive experience you will not have to ask the question.
