Free tutorials???

Does anyone know where to get some FREE tutorials or excercises for learning MDT4 or 5?. Im thinking of buying a book, but as usual, we over here in the UK get ripped off for everything (almost the same price in pounds as dollars between Amazon sites for some reason).
So to tide me over in the meantime (until I buy the book)does somebody know where I can download some free stuff?.
Ive tried McadConnection etc, but Im more after a whole set of instructions of how best to approach things/how to do things (like a full solid/surfacing/assy/scene/drawing job start to finish) rather than small seperate tips.
Im sure there won't be any though 'cos otherwise poeple wouldnt buy the books,right?. But I thought Id ask anywayz.

This site is nearly free - they have a Mech desktop section U have to look for...

Free use is limited for 7 days...Annual cost of full use is $60 subscription..
