FRAME PAD EYE CALCULATION

Hi,
Anybody can help me?I would like to know how to calculate properly pad eye calculation in my attached drg.Padeye distance and thickness and welding size.

There may be better resources, but ASME BTH for below-the-hook lifting devices has a section on design of pinned connections that may be of interest.

Please explain your background and engineering experience a bit. Are you an engineer, a drafter or a tech person? You have to understand your own problems well enough to ask intelligent and meaningful questions. And, you have explain your problem well enough so other engineers understand basically what you are trying to do and what you are actually dealing with. You have to use terminology that other engineers understand. You would do well to look for a local mentor or look to one of your supervising engineers for help, where they can really see what you are trying to do, draw you some sketches as you talk about the problem, and point you at the proper reference materials and codes which you must design around. They can also look over your shoulder regularly and keep you on the right track. They can better guide your development than people on a forum like this can.
 
The setup is not clear to me: What exactly must be welded and to what, what are the moments, forces, distances involved, do all three loads occur at the same time? Pointing downward? How exactly does the fixation work?
The measurements are in mm's?

As I see it, it's a vertical jib with a horizontal boom with three pulleys (with each a point load), but with a hinge at the bottom of the jib?

A drawing in 3D, or with colors for the different parts in the assembly, might already help...
