where can i get the information about the fracture strength or Ultimate Tensile Strength of CVD SiC.

Notes from an SPIE short course by Roger Paquin lists CVD SiC with a fracture strength of 595 MPa, a Young's modulus of 465 GPa and a Poisson ratio of 0.21. Material is considered for use in sophisticated optical structures.
