Fraction vs Decimal dimensions 1

HI,
I set the units in my document properties to fraction (16) but when I place a dimensions in my drawing it is show as decimal. Is anybody can tell me why this happen ?

If the fractional equivalent of the dimension falls outside of the set parameters the dimension will default to decimal.
