four lug bolted flanges

does anybody know of a design method for a four lug bolted flange, where the lugs are equispaced on a PCD

Design per ASME Section VIII, Div 1, Appendix 2 with OD of flange "A" equal to the flange diameter between the lugs.

As a followup, the method I described is discribed in Taylor Forge flange design bulletin (502 or earlier)
