I'm new in the forum. I'm studying a 13 storeys building in a seismic zone 3 according to the IBC 2003. The building is irregular in vertical. I'd like to know if I had to take the load combinations containing Omega0 factor (see 1605.4 in IBC2003) for the foundation calculation. Many thanx for your help.
