Hi,
My question is about a filling station tanks foundation in an area beside beach with high water table.
5 tanks of weight 52 Ton filled, and 10 Ton empty, are on this raft foundation and daily become empty and filled.
The tank gauging system there has issue of accuracy and we beleive it is due to micro movement of foundation that angle of tanks during the day change and therefore gauging instruments has issue in accurate meadurement of fuel level in tanks due to this movement.
I wanted to ask how much our reasoning can be correct.
