Hello,

I would like to know what company makes traditional Barometer (Fortin Barometer = mercury column). I'm unable to find one...

Also, I remember using two correction equations for a mercury column. First correction was taking into account the lattitude of the location you're at and the second correction was about ambiant temperature. Does someone have those equations?

Any help or serching tips would be useful.

Thanks,

All weather (meteorological) stations use what you are looking for. They have tables for the corrections you need. If you are not at sea level you will have to correct for altitude also. If you contact your local station I sure they will give you a source for equipment and the equations, or a search of meteorlogical instruments will give contacts.
