form of manganese with highest magnetic permeability

what form of manganese, metal, MnO, Mn3O4, or any ionic compound, has the highest magnetic permeability?

i'm using this as a magnetic core for inductors. yes, there are better materials if i want high magnetic permeability, but i need ones that are paramagnetic.

if possible i'd also like to have the magnetic permeability plotted against frequency,so i'll know their frequency operating range.

Magnetic engineering forum would be better match. I bet such properties considerably affected by processing so the simple formula is not so helpful.
