PIPE WE ARE USING 3/4" X SCH 40

Pls give your feedback

Your question, and the assembly itself make little sense.

Draw an accurate assembly sketch. In particular, where do you think you will use an O-ring in a threaded connection? Why are you considering "pipe tape" for a pressure assembly of "PN 20"?

And, without at a minimum, these answers, no one can make any guess.
What fluid, temperature, specification, and what piping code are you working under?
What pressure test?
What country?
What alloys?

No idea, but it doesn't sound like a good idea to me to rely on those elements for a 20 bar system.

O rings and Teflon tape sounds more like a plumbing system not a process connection.

what code are you making this to?

Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.
