Forcing ANSYS WB Element Order

I'm fairly new to FEA using ANSYS, but how does one "force" or guarantee the order of elements used in ANSYS Workbench like it says in the referenced thread?

in mechanical advanced mesh settings you can drop or keep midside nodes to create tet4 or tet10, quag 4 or quad8 etc. is that what you mean?
