Force update in catia v5 r13 2

doesn't work on my R13 system either. ????
I do see the Force Update command in the drafting workbench and the assembly design workbench. VIEW + COMMANDS LIST. If you select it from the list, and OK, it does it.
If you do alot of forced updates, you might want to add the command to the tool bar, or give it an alias.
