I have two gases; Ar and H2 flowing through two seperate tubes under the same P and T. I can only measure the flow rate of Ar. Is the ratio of H2 to Ar flow rate equal to the ratio of their viscosity at the given P and T?

depends on the meter type and what kind of rate. Is the rate, volume, molar, or mass. It'll mostly be the ratio of their molecular weight. The ratio maybe the direct ratio or square root ratio.

Thanks. The measurement is volumetric. Can you direct me to a source so I can educate myself about this specific issue?
 
API chapter 14 is the standard. ut any book like Miller and Spinks will show the calculations from Bernulli to the end. Basically the correction factor on an orifice for gravity is SQRT(1/spgr)
